I’ve done challenging projects before, but this one was different. It wasn’t the complexity; rather, I had never created a website dealing with a farm. I didn’t even know how farms operated. Although ,I did spend my initial stages of life in the upcountry, but well, we never did like serious farming. I was like, what should I even do? Solution: run to Dribble like always. But to my surprise, it wasn’t much help this time. I searched the entire internet, looking for farm websites to get inspiration from. At last, I told myself to take a deep breath, and when I did, it was a bit simpler to start thinking. I started with the Figma design, which was the hardest part. I did like a million designs; there was just something wrong with each one. Good god, finally, after two weeks, I was done. Next, I started the website design. I wanted to use either WordPress or Next.js, but my sweet baby WordPress won out. It’s simpler to work with, and it got the job done beautifully.
