Kazini is a workforce management and payroll platform developed at Daraja Plus to help organizations monitor field agents, manage attendance, and streamline salary processing. As the lead web developer and designer on the project, I was responsible for developing the frontend using React and Tailwind CSS, integrating APIs, and optimizing dashboard performance for real-time employee tracking. The platform features role-based access, performance analytics, and automated payroll workflows designed to reduce administrative effort and improve transparency between companies and their employees.
